"ESPAÑOL"

Kilometro1 es una banda de rock y heavy metal con tintes sinfónicos integrada por Lily Kerrigan y Alwin Rooijackers, originarios de la ciudad de Puebla, México.

La letra de su música recoge diferentes temas de interés popular, histórico, bélico y en ocasiones controversial, puesto que se han tocado asuntos religiosos y sociales así como también sobre las emociones, la conciencia humana y algunos hechos de nuestra actualidad.

Dado a que la mayoría de las canciones están en Inglés y en Español, es posible encontrar temas en algunos otros idiomas como el Neerlandés, Alemán y Japonés, aunque también se han ocupado algunas frases y palabras en Nórdico antiguo, Náhuatl, Hebreo, Gaélico Irlandés y Gaélico Escocés.

A pesar que están activos desde 2011, su primer material original llegó en 2017, álbum conocido como Sobreviviente, seguido de Renacer en 2019, The Final Legend en 2020 y se espera que para 2023 se dará a conocer Overloaded Brain.

"ENGLISH"

Kilometro1 is a rock and heavy metal band with symphonic overtones made up of Lily Kerrigan and Alwin Roojackers, originally from the city of Puebla, Mexico.

The lyrics of their music collect different topics of popular interest, historical, war and sometimes controversial aspects, since they have touched on religious and social issues as well as on emotions, human conscience and some current events.

Since most of the songs are in English and Spanish, it is possible to find songs in some other languages such as Dutch, German and Japanese, although some phrases and words have also been used in Old Norse, Nahuatl, Hebrew, Irish Gaelic and Scottish Gaelic.

Although they have been active since 2011, their first original material arrived in 2017, an album known as Sobreviviente (Survivor), followed by Renacer (Reborn) in 2019, The Final Legend in 2020 and it is expected that Overloaded Brain will be released by the beginning of 2023.
